At Onyx Fragrance, we stand behind the authenticity and quality of every product we ship. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are happy to help make it right. Our goal is to provide the best customer experience possible.

Returns

We accept returns within 31 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be sent back in accordance with the return instructions provided by our customer service team.

Onyx Fragrance will cover the cost of return shipping to our warehouse.

Missing Items

On the rare occasion that an item is missing from your order, please contact us right away. We will promptly ship the missing item to you at no additional cost.

Return Authorization (RMA Required)

To return merchandise, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service team.

To request an RMA number, please contact us. RMA numbers are only issued through customer service, and you can expect a response within one business day.
