Order Processing
Most orders are processed within one business day. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Amarillo, Texas.
Signature Confirmation
To help ensure safe delivery, certain orders may require a signature upon arrival.
• First-time orders over $100 will be shipped with signature confirmation.
Customers may request to waive the signature requirement by leaving a note in the Order Notes section at checkout. Please note that choosing this option is at your own risk. Once a package shows confirmed delivery, we are unable to issue refunds or replacements for lost or stolen items. Customers may file a claim directly with USPS or UPS.
• All orders over $200 will automatically require a signature upon delivery.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and contact our customer service team immediately.
If a damaged package is delivered while you are unavailable, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you. We are committed to making it right and will replace any item that was damaged during transit.
Delivery Estimates
Most U.S. orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment. Many packages are delivered even sooner.
