Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within one working day. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Amarillo, Texas.

First-time orders $100+ will be shipped with signature confirmation to ensure safe delivery. Customers may request "no signature confirmation" in the Order Notes section of the Shopping Cart page, at their own risk. If the item is stolen after tracked delivery, the order cannot be refunded or replaced. Claims can be filed with USPS or UPS.

All orders $200+ will be shipped with signature confirmation.

Damaged Products: If the package arrives damaged, refuse it from the courier and notify customer service immediately. If the shipment was delivered without you being there, please contact customer care for further information. We are very reasonable and will replace any item that was broken during transportation. 

Delivery Estimates: Most parcels are delivered within the United States in 5-8 working days from the date shipped. If you do not receive your order within that time frame, please send an email to customer service. Note: Most orders are received faster.
